Petitioner and FIR named accused are said to have assaulted the informant's husband by means of Dabiya, Lathi and iron rod and it is stated that petitioner gave Dabiya blow causing injury on the hand and leg of the informant's husband. The impugned order shows that some injuries were found on the informant's husband but admittedly, the present case has been lodged under Section-325 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and petitioner is in jail custody since 04-122015.
