There is specific allegation of giving dagger blow against the co-accused Rambali Sahni and so far as petitioner is concerned, he appears to be only a member of unlawful assembly.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Mukesh Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Hajipur, Vaishali in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 245 of 2014.
