Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 345 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a), 30(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. The alleged recovery has been made from a place near Sonha Ahar which is an open place as is evident from the seizure list. Petitioners have no
