2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Warisnagar (Mathurapur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 18 of 2024, registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. One Sonu Kumar was intercepted, shot at and killed by Rajeev Rai and Bhola Rai. The petitioner and others were also seeing running away from the place of occurrence and their mobile location has been found on the place of occurrence. The petitioner has also accepted his guilt in his self inculpatory statement. He is accused in 18 similar and serious nature of cases.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the serious nature of allegation and several criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
