====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 15-02-2025 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.
2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 722 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457, 380 and 411of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner and the other coaccused persons broke the lock of the house of the informant and took away a box containing Rs. 5 lakhs.
4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He is under custody for more than a year and the alleged money recovered from his possession is not the stolen

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 722 of 2023, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
