The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused, who were apprehended by the police and subsequently, on the next day, petitioner was arrested and one mobile set has been recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and his languishing in jail custody since 24.10.2015.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2643 of 2016 (2) dt.29-01-2016 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No.222 of 2015.
