The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, there is allegation of commission of assault against all the accused persons including petitioners by lathi, danda, as a result of which three persons sustained injuries including the informant.

No.8548 of 2023(2) dt.24-04-2023 2/2 It is submitted that due to land dispute, an altercation took place between the parties in which informant and others sustained injuries. The doctor has found the injuries simple in nature. There is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Shankerpur P.S. Case No. 24 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
