2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kangali P.S. FIR No. 58 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of pressing the neck of the deceased with a gamchha. Md. Sajid is said to have stabbed the victim.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. The petitioner is in jail since 16.09.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Kangali P.S. FIR No. 58 of 2023.
