A fresh show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 4 bringing on record Annexure-A, which is the decision of the District Establishment Committee for Compassionate Appointment in the Collectorate of Purnia. On perusal of the same, it appears that the petitioner's case was duly considered and rejected by the committee in its decision dated 23.08.2014.

Patna High Court MJC No.4448 of 2014 (5) dt.22-02-2018 Accordingly, no case of contempt is made out. The application stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid decision.
