Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 419 and other sections of the I.P.C The allegation against the petitioner is that he used to collect Rs.1000/- from each truck for selling coal. The petitioner has not got his vehicle registered.

Considering the facts and nature of allegation aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad (Kauna) P.S.Case No.23 of 2015.
