====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Saraiya P.S. Case No. 599 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 37(A)(B), 38, 41 and 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged in the written report that 1040 liters of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from Poultry farm of this petitioner. Petitioner was found in intoxicated condition. Seizure list has been prepared which bears signature of the petitioner.

Keeping in view the recovery of huge quantity of foreign liquor from poultry farm of petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2639 of 2019(2) dt.21-01-2019 2/2 Prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected at this stage.

Petitioner is given liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of six months in custody.
