There happens to be an allegation against the petitioner that he has kept rifle (unloaded) in his house. At the time of alleged seizure, the petitioner was not present though, the female member and other family members were there who have got no presence over the seizure list. The police has gone on getting confidential information with regard to cross firing on account of land dispute but no connectivity has been perceived from the case diary. The petitioner is under custody since 7.11.2019.

Consequent thereupon, the petitioner Satyendra Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8544 of 2020(3) dt.02-06-2020 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Rajpur P.S.Case No. 155/2019.
