04-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Amrendra Prasad, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is in custody only since 18-06-2014 in Sessions Trial No. 781(A) of 2013 (arising out of Kasim Bazar P.S. Case No. 20 of 2007), registered for the offence under Sections 307 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act, later on added section 302 of the I.P.C., has prayed for grant of bail.
