2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 100 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code to which later on Sections 395, 397 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other criminals are said to have committed dacoity in a house in the town of Patna.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 20.10.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4454 of 2024(3) dt.21-03-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a dacoit, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.

8. If the trial is delayed, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
