JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One mobile phone is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Although fire-arms were recovered from the vehicle, in which, petitioner along with others, was found sitting but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail and so far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned; petitioner was remanded in the aforesaid cases on mere suspicion as most of the cases had been lodged against unknown persons.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner
