The petitioner is accused in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 130 of 2014, registered under Section 302, 376, 120(B), 326, 324 & 201 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6,7,8, 10, 12, 18 and 21 of the POCSO Act.

The prosecution case is that on 19.08.2014, daughter of informant, namely, Gudiya Kumari went for cutting grass, but she did not return. On 22.08.2014, the dead body of the Gudiya Kumari was found hanging with the Sisam tree situated at the pond of Pundev Mishir in the village Narwara. The informant raised suspicion against the petitioner and his parents regarding committing murder of his daughter saying that this petitioner had love affairs with his daughter Gudiya Kumari (deceased) and she

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that except the suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioner to show his involvement in the present. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.12.2014.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 1st Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge POCSO Act, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No. 130 of 2014.
