The alleged recovery of motorcycle was made from the house of Manish Kumar Sinha, who disclosed that the said motorcycle has been purchased by him from petitioner and one other person, and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nawada Town (Kadirganj) P.S.
