2. The arbitral proceedings could not be concluded within the stipulated period and was extended for six months. It is submitted that hearing from both the sides has already been completed and the matter has been posted for submission of written notes of arguments.

3. The instant petition has been filed for extension of further six months' time.

4. The period for concluding the arbitral proceedings

Patna High Court REQ. CASE No.19 of 2024(2) dt.16-02-2024 2/2 is further extended for six months.
