Having regard to the admitted position that in course of examination of the claim for appointment on compassionate ground the respondents have found that one of the son of the deceased employee, the father of the petitioner, was already in Government service, this Court would not find any error in the ultimate decision taken by the authorities refusing compassionate appointment to the petitioner.
