Petitioner along with Kanchan Rai was apprehended while they along with others created commotion by way of firing upon Sudama Thakur. Further, on search countrymade pistol along with cartridges were recovered from his possession as well as from the possession of one Kanchan Rai also.

Petitioner happens to be under custody since 14.11.2014 having no criminal antecedent as is evident from para3 of the case diary.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17586 of 2015 (2) dt.13-05-2015 Accordingly, petitioner Sanjay Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Anil Kumar Thakur, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No.209 of 2014.
