JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-03-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 1199 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Allegation is recovery of 18 litres and odd country made liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that allegation is of false implication and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this
