The petitioner seeks bail in Andhramath P.S. Case No. 03/2010, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in confessional statement of coaccused. The petitioner has confessed his guilt but except the confession no relevant material is collected to show the involvement of petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
