2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, at the very outset, seeks permission to withdraw the bail application of petitioner no. 3, namely, Zakir @ Jahangir in view of the allegation against the petitioner no. 3.

3. The bail of the petitioner no. 3 is dismissed as withdrawn.

4. The petitioner nos. 1 and 2 seeks bail in connection with Rauta P.S. Case No. 132 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 504/34 of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5974 of 2024(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 Indian Penal Code to which later on Section 302/120B of the Indian Penal Code was added.

5. So far as petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are concerned, they are females and there is general and omnibus allegation of assault against them. They are in jail since 20.08.2023.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner nos. 1 and 2.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner no. 1, namely, Ridana and petitioner no. 2 namely, Nasera be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Rauta P.S. Case No. 132 of 2023.
