Accusation is making attempt to administer poison in the food.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner has filed a case against the informant making accusation under Section 498A of the I.P.C, hence the present case has been lodged.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial
