This application has been filed for grant of provisional bail to be petitioner for 20 days.

Prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 26.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 63686 of 2018 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months if no substantive progress is made in the trial in connection with Excise Case No. 922 of 2018 arising out of Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 364 of 2018 pending in the court of learned Spl. Judge Excise, Bhojpur, Ara.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant provisional bail to the petitioner.
