2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 354, 447, 448, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted with iron rod on the head of the informant. Doctor has found simple injury. There is case and counter case.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the nature of injury, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
