The stolen vehicle was recovered at Lakhisarai and the petitioner and some other accused were arrested by the police and thereafter, Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 409 of 2013 was registered against the petitioner and others. The petitioner has already been released on bail in Lakhisara P.S. Case No. 409 of 2013.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 249 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
