JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-06-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties has submitted that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 27.03.2019, passed in CWJC No.5952 of 2019, the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Supaul has passed an order dated 30.03.2020 whereby and whereunder upon recommendation of the District Compassionate Appointment Committee, Supaul, the petitioner has been appointed as a regular teacher in matric trained, in the pay-scale Rs.9300-
Patna High Court MJC No.52 of 2020(2) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 34800, grade pay Rs.4200/-.
2. The petitioner has not disputed the aforesaid position on facts as no rejoinder affidavit has been filed, hence this Court has no reason to believe that the order of this Court dated 27.03.2019 has not stood complied with.
3. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off.
