The petitioner seeks bail in Shyampur Bhataha P.S. Case No. 231 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, petitioner kidnapped the daughter of informant.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C has stated that she has performed marriage with the petitioner and they are living as wife and husband. She disclosed her age as 18 years. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 06.08.2021.

Case No. 231 of 2020.
