The petitioner is languishing in custody since 08.10.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after about one and half years of the marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand. It is alleged that there was demand of motorcycle as dowry and the husband of the victim had illicit relationship with this petitioner, who happens to be his aunt. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6870 of 2015 (02) dt.23-02-2015 2/2 when during the initial level of investigation the case has been found true under Section 306 of the IPC.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Mahila P.S. Case No. 37 of 2014.
