The present application has been filed for directing the respondent No. 3 to consider and dispose of application dated 05.06.2018 submitted by the petitioner and further to quash the appointment of the Respondent No. 5 on the post of Anganwari Sevika, Ward-14, Panchayat-Kori, PrakhandSendesh, Bhojpur, Ara and to direct respondents to initiate a fresh process for selection and appointment on the post of Anganwari Sevika.

3. Counsel for the State raised preliminary objection

Patna High Court CWJC No.13873 of 2018(2) dt.12-08-2024 2/2 and submits that vide Annexure-5, it transpires that petitioner has filed representation before the D.P.O., Bhojpur, Ara.

4. By the perusal of the document, it transpires that under the relevant Margdarshika Guidelines, for the appointment of Anganbari Sevika/Sahaiyka, it is necessary for the D.P.O Bhojpur, Ara to take decision in the matter.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off directing the D.P.O Bhojpur, Ara to pass reasoned and speaking order on Annexure-5 within 90 from the date of production of the order, if not taken yet.
