The learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Araria requested to extend the period for concluding the trial as out of 12 charge sheet witnesses 6 have already been examined.

As requested, the period for concluding the trial is extended for further four months.

The S.P., Araria is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses of Araria P.S. Case No. 428 of 2014 on the date of evidence in Sessions Trial No. 162 of 2015 so that the trial must be concluded within four months from the date of receipt of this order.
