2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.1947 of 2017(3) dt.20-06-2025 2/2 Title Suit No. 272 of 2008 in which the impugned order has been passed has been decreed against the petitioners and the present matter has become infructuous. Petitioners have already filed Title Appeal No. 25 of 2024 for redressal of their grievance and petitioners may be given liberty to move appropriate application before the Court of competent jurisdiction. With the said liberty, the petitioners want to withdraw the present petition.

3. As submitted on behalf of the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse of law before appropriate forum. (Arun Kumar Jha, J) Shahnawaz/- U
