The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 341 of 2020, arising out of G.R. Case No. 4614 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 457, 380, 354B/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegations that the petitioner was found in the premises, when caught by the family member, while he was molesting the 15 years old girl, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
