Petitioner is not named and it appears that he was arrested by the police while he was trying to take away the stolen motorcycle which was found lying near a bush. Moreover, charge sheet has already been submitted and petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
