1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had earlier moved before this Court seeking regular bail by filing Cr. Misc. No. 21531 of 2025 and the same was permitted to be withdrawn by an order dated 22.08.2025 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2690 of 2026(2) dt.18-03-2026 2/2 charges against the petitioner stand framed by an order dated 14.10.2025 as would manifest from Annexure-3 to the anticipatory bail application. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 09.12.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is pending in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 371 of 2024.

7. However, it is made clear that if the learned Trial Court comes to a conclusion that the petitioner, after his release on bail, is trying to delay the trial of the case in any manner, the learned Trial Court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
