This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 306/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased, who is employed in C.R.P.F.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is no material on the basis of which it can be said that the petitioner abetted commission of suicide by the deceased.

In view of the submission as above, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the
