JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Although the informant claims that petitioner and his associates attacked and assaulted him by means of sharp cutting weapon but it appears that the informant does not have sustained any injury. Moreover, it appears from the material available on the record that there is long standing enmity between the parties. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is next door neighbour of the informant. Although petitioner is accused in six other cases but as a matter of fact, almost all the cases against the petitioner had been lodged either by the informant or his henchmen.

No.1717 of 2016 (2) dt.18-01-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Dumraon P.S.Case No. 358 of 2015.
