Case no. 250/2014 was registered against unknown on 29.4.2014 and after that petitioner and some others were apprehended with stolen wire for which Makhdumpur (Tehta O.P.) P.S. Case no. 252/2014 was registered on 1.10.2014. Petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court in Makhdumpur (Tehta O.P.) P.S. Case no. 252/2014 vide order dated 7.1.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 52193/2014.
