Without going into the merits or demerits, having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already given a suitable representation ventilating his grievance to the Respondent No. 3, the Sub Divisional Officer, Madhepura, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 3 to consider the same and pass necessary orders duly taking into account the orders of acquittal passed by the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, and also the recommendation of the Block Supply Officer, Madhepura.

3. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight
