JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-08-2015 Petitioner claims himself to be one of the person, who has been working uninterruptedly as a daily wager on the post of Ummidwar Peon. He is supposed to be working in the office of Deputy Collector, Nazarat in Nawada. According to him his name did find place in the panel, which was prepared, last of which was in the year 2006 but nothing tangible has emerged by way of a decision. Rather unfortunate that no counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents in a writ application of 2008, therefore, no clear directive or adjudication is possible in absence of the stand of the respondents.

However, the Court directs the District Magistrate, Nawada that as and when the exercise is carried for regularization on

Patna High Court CWJC No.10818 of 2008 dt.13-08-2015 2/2 the basis of panel prepared and if the case of the petitioner comes within the ambit of consideration, the exercise should be done so that the status of the petitioner becomes known and the uncertainty comes to an end.
