Petitioner happens to be elder brother-in-law of the deceased and according to prosecution case itself, on 23-10-2013, the co-accused, Sanjeev Kumar, who happens to be husband of the deceased, as well as brother-in-law of co-accused, Sanjeev Kumar went to the house of informant and took the deceased with him and subsequently, the dead body of the deceased was found. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ghosi P.S.
