The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Firstly, Md. Jahagir Alam was apprehended. He confessed his guilt. The petitioner was also arrested and the police also obtained confessional statement of the petitioner but the petitioner was not put on T.I.P.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
