Having regard to the fact that when this bail application was filed on 09.03.2015, without complying the observations made in the order of this Court dated 08.10.2013 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 16609 of 2013, this Court will not be very much impressed by the petitioner's filing of supplementary affidavit enclosing the copy of an order dated 10.08.2015, which goes to show that the application for bail before the Court below in terms of order of this Court dated 08.10.2013, was filed on 10.08.2015.

Thus, in terms of the order of this Court dated 08.10.2013, the petitioner is not entitled to get bail specially when it is also found that the trial against the petitioner has already commenced and three witnesses have also been examined as is also clear from the aforesaid order dated 10.08.2015.
4. This Court therefore is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner but at the same time both trial Court and Superintendent of Police, Supaul are hereby directed to ensure that the trial of the petitioner is brought to an end within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.
5. With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
6. Let a copy of this order be sent not only to the trial Court but also to the Superintendent of Police, Supaul to ensure that the rest of the prosecution witnesses in connection with Sessions Trial No. 45 of 2013 arising out of Kunauli P.S. Case No. 39 of 2012
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10161 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 are not only produced but also examined within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order so that the rest of the proceeding of the aforesaid trial is completed in next three months.
