1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The learned Additional P. P., at the outset, submits that petitioner has been implicated in the instant F.I.R. with respect to offences which carries punishment of seven years and less.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also does not dispute the said submission of the learned Additional P.P.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional P. P., the anticipatory bail application is disposed of in terms of order dated 13.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.3536 of 2024 (Naushad Ansari vs. the State of Bihar).

5. The petitioner shall be at liberty to file a representation before the concerned Superintendent of Police

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3988 of 2024(2) dt.15-02-2024 2/2 along with Investigating Officer of the case bringing to their notice the order dated 13.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.3536 of 2024.

6. In the event, if such representation is filed within three weeks from today along with the web copy of the aforesaid order, the Court directs that the concerned Superintendent of Police shall ensure that the Investigation Officer of the case adhere to the direction contained in the order dated 13.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.3536 (Satyavrat Verma, J) vikash/- U T
