====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-06-2023 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner killed the daughter of the informant for dowry.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. During investigation it has come that this petitioner was not present at the time of occurrence and the victim committed suicide.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3093 of 2023(3) dt.28-06-2023 2/2 bail application and submits that there is specific and direct allegation that due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, this petitioner along with other accused persons committed murder of the deceased.
