1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding the respondents to release fund of Rs. 40,000/- as Ist Installment in the account of the petitioner for making

Patna High Court CWJC No.1103 of 2024(3) dt.18-07-2024 2/2 Construction of House issued / sanctioned under the " Prime Minister Aawas Yojna" which has been deliberately and wrongly transferred into the account of similar name (Kailash - Yadav S/o. Late Suraj Yadav) respondent no. 12 like the name of the petitioner while his name is at Sl. No. 957 having P.M.A.Y.I.D. No. 4501189 in the Prime Minister Aawas list".

(ii) For further direction to the concern respondents to comply the order dated 28.2.2023 passed by Sub-Divisional Public grievance redressal officer Darbhanga Sadar, Darbhanga since after expiry.

(iii) For also directing to the concern respondents to hold an enquiry in the matter and further to punish those erring officials who is unnecessary humiliating and harassing the petitioner for his no fault."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the grievances of the petitioner has stood redressed during the interregnum period, hence he does not wish to press the present writ petition.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
