The name of the petitioner came for the first time in this case on the basis of information, given by spy of the police and later on, co-accused confessed his guilt disclosing the name of the petitioner. Moreover, except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nanpur P.S.
