The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 101/2020 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant and others. Many persons are said to have assaulted the victims but the injuries suffered by them are simple in nature. The petitioners are neighbours and there
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13026 of 2021(2) dt.24-12-2021 2/2 has been an old enmity between the parties. Because of the land dispute between the parties, several cases have been filed against each other.
Regard being had to the general nature of accusation against the petitioners, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna, in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 101/2020, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
