The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 217 of 2015 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Excise Act.
Regard being had to the recovery of 100 liters illicit liquor and several other articles from the place of occurrence from where the petitioners are alleged to have escaped on arrival of the police, I am not inclined to grant them anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of anticipatory bail is

In case the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
